Operation Blessing delievers food to local residents in need. Volunteers standing by to distribute food to local residents. Congressman Elijah Cummings shows his support for this community. Congressman Cummings spoke with citizens while they waited in line. There was always time for special photos! No constituent was too small to be recognized. Real hunger is a reality for millions of people on this great planet of ours – and for far too many right here in the USA. They don’t know where or when they will get their next meal.
